Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation before the order is shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed and will be treated under return/refund eligibility after delivery.
2. Refund Eligibility
We may approve a refund if a request is reported within 48 hours of delivery and one of the following applies:
- Apparel was damaged during transit.
- Item delivered is defective.
- Wrong product, size, or color was delivered.
- Product is materially different from the confirmed order.
3. Damage in Transit Claims (Proof Required)
For damage, defect, or wrong-item claims, proof is mandatory. Please share:
- Unboxing video recorded continuously from the sealed package opening.
- Clear photos of the outer package, shipping label, inner packaging, and damaged product.
- Order number and a short description of the issue.
Claims without valid evidence may be declined after review. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact to qualify.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made outside the policy window for damaged, defective, or wrong item claims.
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, water marks, deodorant marks, alteration, tag removal, or misuse.
- Claims without clear proof for damage, defect, or wrong product received.
- Shipping charges once the order has been dispatched.
5. Refund Method and Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. If a replacement is requested, it is shipped within 5-6 working days after we receive the returned product. If the original payment method is unavailable, refund may be issued as store credit. Final settlement timelines depend on banks and payment partners.
