Return Policy

1. Return Window

We accept eligible return and exchange requests within 48 hours from the delivery date. Requests submitted after the return window may be declined.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Return or exchange request is raised within 48 hours from delivery.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and only tried once for fit over clean innerwear.
• No sweat marks, water marks, deodorant marks, perfume smell, makeup stains, or any signs of use are allowed.
• All original tags, hygiene seals (if any), and packaging must be intact and untampered.

3. Damaged in Transit Exception

If your apparel arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer replacement, exchange, or refund after verification. Please submit your claim within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Continuous unboxing video from sealed package opening.
• Photos of damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.
• Order number and short issue summary.

4. Size Exchange

Need a different size? Eligible size exchanges are available once per order item, subject to stock availability and condition checks. If your requested size is unavailable, we may provide store credit at our discretion as per policy.

5. Non-Returnable Categories

• Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive apparel once opened or tried on over bare skin.
• Final-sale, clearance, or promo-marked non-returnable products.
• Gift cards, accessories marked non-returnable, and customized items.

6. Reverse Pickup and Self-Ship

Reverse pickup availability depends on pincode serviceability. Where pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship to the return address shared by support.

7. Return Review and Resolution

Once received, returned items undergo quality inspection. Any product with signs of washing, use, stain, odor, moisture exposure, tag removal, or damage will be rejected and sent back to the customer. For approved exchanges and replacements, the replacement product is shipped within 5-6 working days after we receive the returned item.
