Return Policy

1. Return Window
We offer return or exchange requests within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after 3 days may not be eligible.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Return request is raised within 3 days from the delivery date.
- Item is unused and in the same condition as delivered.
- Item is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
3. Damaged in Transit Exception
If your item is damaged during transit, we can offer a replacement, exchange, or refund after verification. Please submit your claim within 3 days of delivery with:
- Continuous unboxing video from sealed package opening.
- Photos of damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.
- Order number and short issue summary.
4. Non-Returnable Categories
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Final-sale or clearance items, unless they are defective or transit-damaged.
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items where return is not feasible.
5. Return Review and Resolution
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved returns are processed as exchange, store credit, or refund based on your request and stock availability.
