• Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier partners and/or speed post.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 5 days of order confirmation and payment.
• Delivery timelines depend on destination and courier network serviceability.
• Shipping charges, if applicable at checkout, are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Information

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided at checkout. Shipping confirmation and tracking details are sent to the registered email address once the order is dispatched.

Courier delays due to weather, logistics disruptions, or regional constraints can occur and are outside our direct control.

3. Damaged in Transit Reporting

If your order arrives damaged, report it within 3 days of delivery. To help us validate quickly, please provide:

• Unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.
• Photos of the package, label, and damaged product.
• Order number and contact details.

Valid transit-damage claims are resolved through replacement, exchange, or refund based on availability and your preference.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Failed delivery or return-to-origin due to incorrect address may cause delivery delays and additional shipping charges.
